Stupid blogthings.

Took this from my friends' blogs.

The True You

You want your girlfriend or boyfriend to be more open with you.
With respect to money, you spend as little as possible.
You think good luck doesn't exist - reality is built on practicalities.
The hidden side of your personality tends to be methodical in your ways - you have trouble adapting to the rules of society.
You tend to think about others' feelings a lot, perhaps because you are so eager to be liked.
When it comes to finding a romantic partner, you base your search on information from your friends.

The True Me sounds dangerously close to being pathetic. I want to be the Fake Me.

I can describe myself as a Friends addict. Have a look see.

You Know You're Addicted to Friends When...
You named your cats Chandler and Phoebe
You have had dreams where you're the seventh Friend.
You *seriously* consider naming your future daughter Emma.
You can tell within 10 seconds of the beginning of the episodes exactly which one it is - and you can instantly remember what will happen.
You can't go one day without a Friends reference.
You are forever writing scripts for a Friends movie and sending them in (even if you have received several thousand rejection letters)
Your favourite words are - Doi, Yuh-hu and Nu-uh
You only ever buy magazines because they have something to do with FRIENDS in them
You get your hair cut like Jennifer Aniston's (even if it looks terrible on you)
You are able to perfectly re-enact every episode line-by-line
You are always refering to real life incidents as 'The One With......'
You have made a soundtrack out of all of Phoebe's songs and you listen to it all day long
You've taped every episode of FRIENDS since the very first one, and watch the tapes continually
You refuse to drink any beverage (especially coffee/tea) if it isn't served in one of the cups like the ones they have at Central Perk
You actually get these jokes and pass them on to other friends who are addicted to Friends.

And of course, there's Harry Potter.

You Know You're Addicted to Harry Potter When...
You make a wand and try to use it.
You call your least favorite teacher Snape.
You call your favorite teacher Dumbledore.
You wear robes to school or work.
You make "floo powder", get in the fire, and try to go to your friends' house.
You have read all the books more than four times.
You've been bookstore at midnight to get the latest Harry Potter book before all your friends.
... And then you stayed up all night wearing it.
You've worn a Harry Potter costume in public.
You have a crush on one of the Harry Potter characters.
You've gotten at least one of your friends addicted to Harry Potter.
You actually caught the "Wand Order" mistake before you heard/read about it.
You are upset at the New York Times for creating a seperate childrens best seller list because of the Harry Potter books.
Using clues in the book, you have attempted to find the exact geographical location of Hogwarts.
You have constructed a timeline of events in the Harry Potter books.
You have attempted to figure out the exact ages of all the Weasley children?
You have spent time contemplating which main characters will die by the time the series is over.
You've been to see all the Harry Potter movies on opening night. (Bonus points for standing in line in costume!)
You've read Harry Potter fanfic.
You've written Harry Potter fanfic.
You run a Harry Potter fansite.
You visit The Leaky Cauldron daily.
You've met other Harry Potter fans from online in real life.
You've participated in a Harry Potter RPG.
You've dreamed about Harry Potter.
You have a Harry Potter poster on your wall.
Each Halloween, there's no question what you'll dress up as...!
You've spent time doing a timeline to see if you would have been old enough to date a certain character when you were in high school.
You've vacationed to London, simply to search for the Leaky Cauldron.
You own a black lab named Sirius Black.
You've knitted a Weasley sweater or Harry Potter scarf.
You actually get these jokes and pass them on to other friends who are addicted to Harry Potter.

And, unfortunately,

You Know You're Addicted to Smoking When...

You put scotch tape on a broken one.

You only smoke half of the cigarette so you can start on the next one sooner.

A big white truck with the picture of a camel rolls up to your house twice a week with your supply of smokes.

You are considering changing your name to Malboro.

You smoke in the shower.

You've convinced yourself that second-hand smoke is not harmful if you inhale really really deeply.

Your children are named: Winston, Philip Morris and Misty.

R.J. Reynolds sends you a Christmas card.

You're waiting for the last few pews to become a designated smoking area before you'll go back to church.

People invite you outside to admire the stars, and it's daytime.

Every time you light up a cigarette your family stops, drops and rolls.

Your family's Christmas wish list consists of gas masks, fire extinguishers and air fresheners.

You have an environmental awareness group protesting on your lawn.

Your family goes to Los Angeles for fresh air.

Your friends have named their secondhand smoke related coughs after me.

Your cat has taken to wearing "The Patch"

Your family uses fog horns to navigate around you.

Just watching the 400 metre race during the Olympics makes you tired.

The local iron lung dealer sends you their product brochures.

Phillip Morris sends you their annual report and thanks you for your help.

You recently read somewhere that your former cigarette manufacturer went out of business shortly after you switched to a new brand.

Your doctor [excitedly] asks for your permission to use your lung x-rays at his next "Quit Smoking" seminar.

You take baths because the shower puts 'em out

Your nickname at work is "Breakroom."

You actually get these jokes and pass them on to other friends who are addicted to Smoking.

I'm not admitting to all of these allegations. But I'm not denying all of them either. *smirk*

Hmmm.

I have a few messages to some people who hopefully read my blog.

Person No. 1: Stop staring at me! Yes, you. You know who you are. Haha.
Person No. 2: Stop texting me! Wag na. Makita ko pa lang yung pangalan mo sa inbox dinedelete ko na yung message. I'm so sorry, but I'm never texting back. EVER.
Person No. 3: Thanks for the advanced "Happy bidirthdadey!" greeting. That was unexpected, to say the least. No, you are not an elephant.

So apparently according to my sister, the Dubai system censors my blog. Ate, I hope you can read this. Utoy finally learned to say "Fuck you, bitch!"

Hmmm.

Don't look at me, I only taught him to cuss in Filipino.

Watched Batman Begins when it opened last week. It was better than I expected - I mean, it had a killer supporting cast with Liam Neeson as Henri Ducard, Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth, Gary Oldman as Pre-Commissioner Gordon, Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox, and Tom Wilkinson as Carmine Falcone. Plus points for casting Cillian Murphy as Dr. Crane (yummy!), minus points for Katie Holmes as Rachel Dawes (Tom Cruise-stealing bitch) . Christian Bale switching his voice from Bruce Wayne mode to Batman mode is too distracting though.

That's it for now. Gotta go back to my cave in the boondocks.

Oo jologs ako.

Kung pwede lang turuan ang puso... kung sana nangyari na lang na hindi nya kamukha si Hua Ze Lei... pero hindi e. Kaya eto. Jologs talaga 'ko. Thus the existence of these pictures from about a year ago, at the ABS-CBN studios, a day before the first Star Circle Quest Grand Questor's Night.

Ang mga hitad na tumakas ng OJT para magbulakbol sa ABS with Neil: Lana and me.

Ang mga mas hitad: Sandara, Melissa, and Ate Joross.

Stalking target: Hero Angeles.

Naalala ko lang nung nakita ko yung commercial ng Channel 2 about it being the first anniversary of Hero emerging as the SCQ champion. I was so happy the day these pictures were taken - para 'kong sira, ngiti lang ng ngiti. (Yes, the infamous psycho smile.Ü) Wala lang, reminiscing. Hahaha.Ü

Yun na muna. I'm all blogged out for today. Til next.Ü

Utoy

His real name is Ricardo Carlos Z. Hermoso... which is going to prove to be a problem in pronounciation, since Utoy can not produce the "R" sound as of yet. Thus, dirty is "duhty," Spiderman is "Spiduhman," and angry is "angee." I imagine him going to school two years from now, introducing himself to his bewildered classmates as "Toy-toys" and screaming bloody murder, literally, if anyone tried to fuck with him.

Excited na 'ko. Sorry Ate. Har har har.Ü

ASTIG TO!!!

Got this from one of the too many messages that flood my inbox:

... Anyway, NEIL GAIMAN, the cultural icon behind Sandman, etc. whom Tori Amos keeps alluding to in her songs, is definitely coming to Manila next month courtesy of Fully Booked and Bibliarch.

The British Council is hosting a Writers Forum, Press Session and Autograph-signing with him at the Music Museum on Monday, July 11 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. sharp. Registration begins at 1:00 p.m.

Omyged. Neil Gaiman is like a god to me. I love Sandman. Just look at him.

Gaiman created whole universes in ten volumes of The Sandman... Sobrang astig lang talaga. The mythology for our times. Bumili kayong lahat ng Sandman!!!

Hay naku. So pupunta ba ko sa Music Museum? Hirap manghila ng tao e. Sana andito pa si Gem, baka sumama yun.Ü (Gem get your ass back from Noo Yawk!!!) Saka more importantly, wala akong mapapa-autograph na libro. Not one. Olats amp. Aaaarrgghh.

When I get rich enough I'm buying everything this guy's ever written.
