dunno, I'll watch Gokusen and see for myself. Hehe.
And the debate goes on. Anyway, I'm posing a question
for you guys: if you were accused of doing something
and are now being fined a sizeable sum for it, would
you pay if you aren't exactly sure whether you did in
fact do it or not? If you pay, the problem is over,
everybody's happy (except you, obviously.) If you
don't pay, it's this drawn-out battle that will leave
some people forever wondering whether you really did
it or not and you are just faking it to get out of
paying. And you know they'll always see you
differently. Is THAT the price worth paying for
getting out of paying the actual fine?
This is so not good for my aura today.

as to ur question, if it were me, i'd offer to pay... although the sum is big, im unsure if i actually did this "thing", so i can't with a clear conscience refuse to provide compensation.
yes i have to swallow my pride, and yes it would probably make my wallet a lot lighter. But i thinks its the classy thing to do.
(But if i was 100% percent sure that it wasn't me, that would be a different case)
