The past few weeks have been pretty busy, work-wise. (Kelan ba hinde?) Anyway Thursday we were panicking about as usual when an e-mail arrived for me, Dulce, and Jim, inviting us to go out Saturday from someone. Guess who.
Hahahaha stig. So we spent today at Sumaora beach fishing with Lunch Guy and his friend. What?
I dunno, it was the weirdest Saturday out ever. I've done, like, zero fishing in my entire life, and I spent the day with rod and reel and bait and fish. Fishing is horrible, I gotta say. The whole time we were removing them from the hooks, I went "OhmygodI'msosorryI'msosorryI'msosorry" to the fishies. Waaah. A different kind of panic.
Anyway an outing with Lunch Guy is always an experience. Somewhere along all the fish murder, my hook got stuck at the bottom of the ocean and when we pulled it out, the string snapped so I had to give it up. It was actually a blessing in disguise, because then I had an excuse to take all the pictures I wanted in the guise of being bored. Harharharharhar.
Can I just say? I looooooooooove taking Lunch Guy pictures. (Wahahaha obvious ba. Kaya nga kami nagkakilala dahil nagpapicture ako sa kanya e.) It's like... having this celebrity around, and I can take as much pictures of him as I want. Make him do whatever pose I can think of. It was pretty funny, because at the end of the day he was so comfortable in front of the camera he was doing freaking model poses. At the end of the day we had him doing the Jim pose (BIG smile), the Dulce pose (hand on waist), and, of course, the Jamie pose (um, alam mo na yon.) Sooobrang funny pakshet. Dati kasi sobrang rare ng Lunch Guy pictures kasi akala namin camera shy sya, kaya every picture passed through our collective microscopes as rare samples. Today was Shoot All You Want day, ohmyged. So we did. Tas ang walanghiya naman, soooooobrang kulit ng mukha sa pictures. Ang pa-cute, grabe. (In fairness effective.)
Us: "In Tagalog, you're 'pa-cute.'"
Lunch Guy: "Spelling wa nani?"
Us: "P-A-cute."
Lunch Guy: "Pa-Q?"
Us: "Chigau!!!"
Ang kapal pa ng mukha, kamukha raw nya yung isang member ng Arashi. (Si Nino.) Di ko matanggap. Ginagago ko na nga lang.

Lunch Guy: (without batting an eyelash) "DESHOU?"
Actually sabi ko sa kanya pipiktyuran ko sya na naka Nino pose sya e. And he actually did one, ang kulet. Tas titingin sya ng pictures nya, tas sasabihin ang cute daw nya. POTA PANALO. I expect Dulce'll upload the pictures soon on her Multiply or something. Pramis you HAVE to see it. Too cute for words.
After our little murder spree we had a late lunch at CoCo Ichiban. Nothing gets more surreal than having Lunch with the Lunch Guy, maji de. It's like, Anjo who? Hahaha XD Anyway he mentioned that he doesn't see us at the caf during lunch anymore. Actually we've been doing that on purpose, just to see if he'd notice. Apparently he did, and he missed us so much he invited us out today. I freaking knew it. Hahahahahaha XD Anyway all in all two thumbs up, more enjoyable than I deserved, more days like this please. Yun lang! :D
